Keith Olbermann honors NYPD officer Patrick Pogan with a “Worst Person” award for the assault of Christopher Long on July 27. The relevant portion begins at about 37 seconds.

Olbermann also notes that “the NYPD has been beating up the Critical Mass folks off and on since the 2004 Republican convention.”
